Cancellations

At Pristine India, we maintain strict quality control and order processing standards. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

No Cancellations

All orders placed on PristineIndia.com are final.
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Once an order is confirmed:

  • It immediately enters our processing system.
  • We are unable to modify, cancel, or change the order details.
  • Orders cannot be canceled for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or delivery timing preferences.

Order Review Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing product details carefully before purchase.
  • Ensuring correct shipping information is entered at checkout.
  • Confirming quantities, specifications, and pricing before completing payment.

Pristine India will not be responsible for errors made by customers during the ordering process.

Exceptions

Cancellations will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • Product unavailability confirmed by us after order placement.
  • Order cancellation initiated by Pristine India due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
